The Combine

The Combine - Functional Strength and Conditioning is a fitness-based training facility designed to address the comprehensive needs of people from all walks of life. From the beginning exerciser to the competitive athlete, from youth to adult, you can find a service for you at The Combine. Without any of the constraints found in the standard overcrowded health club, The Combine provides people of all ages and abilities with an opportunity to develop functional physical and mental fitness so they can enjoy any activity they choose. The Combine is located just outside of Madison, Wisconsin, in the town of Middleton and is set in an “old school” warehouse space. Following a complimentary initial assessment and performance evaluation, all clients will be placed on an individualized program tailored towards their specific needs and goals.
