The Common Ground Consortium is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mentorship, education, and mediation to foster cultural intelligence and enhance social skills. We strive to create a united world where cultural differences spark understanding, compassion, and enrichment rather than division.
What We Do
• Cultural Intelligence: We provide resources and training to improve cultural IQ, enhancing social skills and fostering a sense of belonging for all.
• Education: We offer educational programs aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of diverse cultures.
