The Community Hub

The Community Hub (TCH) is a consulting agency founded by community psychologists interested in understanding the structures, needs and assets of different communities and tailoring solutions for them. Our aim is to see a thriving community where individuals have access to resources and good quality of life. Our mission is to solve social issues through providing organizations and communities with tailored solutions to build capacity, increase efficiency, and increase awareness and accessibility. Our focus areas include: -Disability Inclusion -Entrepreneurship -Mental Health & Wellbeing -Gender Issues -Monitoring & Evaluation and Sustainability Our tracks include: ● Influencing and Promotion: We’re dedicated to supporting individuals and communities by creating platforms that make their voices heard and supporting them in accessing information through services and tools such as awareness campaigns,and storytelling sessions. We also work on promoting entrepreneurship and start-up jobs to university students through Routes, our entrepreneurship platform. ● Capacity Building and Increasing Organizational Efficiency: We aim to make organizations more impactful, efficient, and sustainable. Through a wide range of training programs, manuals, and one-on-one consultations within its focus areas. We’re keen on advocating inclusion and safety in the workplace, & promoting wellbeing in organizations through services such as anti-harassment and safeguarding policies, wellbeing entrepreneurship programs and inclusion and capacity building programs for startups, SMEs and corporates. ● Monitoring and Evaluation & Community Assessment: We offer assessments for community projects to measure change, efficiency, effectiveness, relevance, sustainability, and impact of the interventions being done.
