Hi! I'm Bethany Lewis, the concussion coach. I am a wife, a mother, an Occupational Therapist, and a Certified Life Coach.
I am passionate about helping people navigate their concussion recovery journey by helping them understand their injury, speed up their healing, and create the life they want post concussion. I love teaching people how to regulate their nervous system and use a variety of tools to manage the mental and emotional challenges that come along with continued recovery from post concussion symptoms.
I have worked as an occupational therapist since 2009, and have helped patients with concussions and other brain injuries since 2017. I have seen the effects head injuries can have on people’s lives and the lives of those who love them, and have also seen people experience amazing healing and recovery from many of their symptoms. I have also experienced and seen in others the incredible positive impact that coaching and intentional thinking can have. I am thrilled to combine my knowledge of addressing post-concussion symptoms and coaching into a unique and powerful concussion coaching program to truly help people with lingering concussion symptoms overcome the roadblocks to recovery and to thrive in their daily lives.
