ABOUT THE CONSILIENT CONSULTANCY
Consilient was established under a professional license in 2016 in Dubai but redomiciled as a limited company in the Republic of Ireland. Its Founder and Head of Practice continues to live in Dubai. As a boutique consultancy firm we specialise in consulting services in the insurance sector, primarily health insurance, and in health system financing. Clients have included regulators, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and third party claims administrators.
ABOUT ROBIN ALI
The founder of Consilient and its Head of Practice has a 33 year insurance history which began in the United Kingdom working directly in the insurance business for blue chip international insurers followed by several years providing technical training and development programs to similar insurers and UK professional bodies as an independent consultant. Then came three years with Ernst & Young's Middle East & North Africa insurance advisory business before working for the Government of Dubai to develop its health financing system.

With 18 years based in Dubai, Robin has amassed an extensive network of contacts at the highest levels throughout the Middle East. With extensive global travel he has also been approached by a number of companies who have services which they want to introduce to Middle East Markets. Consilient offers such companies the opportunity to be introduced to its business network.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
As well as consultancy and connecting businesses, Consilient also offers solutions for leadership development, primarily in the healthcare, insurance, financial services, telecoms and technology sectors. These programs include its flagship 3-day, immersive, residential leadership development event, The Hatta Conclave. There is also the Future Insurance Leaders Mentorship Scheme (FILMS). Consilient also helps employers in these sectors create in-house Aspiring Leaders Programs (ALP).
