The CCN is network for Contact centre professionals to thrive in our purpose is to connect & inspire professionals to enhance customer experience, employee engagement and operational excellence. Founded in 2020 as a Covid community project by FAB Solutions founder and contact centre business consultant Garry Gormley we’ve now hosted over 40 events and connected with 1000’s of contact centre professionals. The Contact Centre Network is a resource designed to help and support the contact centre community nationally. We regularly host monthly webinars and question and answers sessions on topics that matter the most to the contact centre industry. With useful articles, videos and whitepaper we share insights that are useful to the industry and support them to stay up to date. Our objective is to help connect contact centre thought leaders and professionals together with other people from the industry.
