The Cookery Lab

Based in Aldermaston, on the Berkshire/Hampshire border, it’s run by Sarah, a Leiths-trained chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants (and also a trained chemist!) Whether working with children, adults or corporate groups, Sarah’s unique take on cooking takes you beyond the cookbook to understanding the flavour and the chemistry of cooking. Sarah combines her love of food with science to teach not just recipes, but what makes great chefs. Our brand-new modern teaching kitchen can accommodate groups up to 20 for both our scheduled classes and bespoke parties & corporate team-building workshops.
