The CRESS Group is an acronym that stands for Commercial Real Estate Site Services. The Group was founded in 2012 through the collaboration of Cody Cress and Tyler Pegg. Cody and Tyler met at Sun Coast Partners in 2007, where they completed various deals as independent brokers initially. Realizing there was greater strength in numbers and recognizing that each individual brought a unique set of skills and perspective to the business, they decided to team up in 2012. The Group’s commercial real estate focus is in retail, office, industrial, investment and site selection. They have completed a broad range of transactions brokering deals as Buyer and Tenant Representatives and also Seller and Landlord Representatives. The CRESS Group is a firm within the Sun Coast Partners Commercial organization, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in Southeastern North Carolina.
