The Cricket Bakery

Our aim is to change the perception of bugs as food. We have created a range of nutritionally balanced cricket flour based baking blends and cricket snacking products. Gluten free, grain free, refined sugar free, full of whole food goodness. Our world is changing, the global population is rapidly growing. We need to find alternative ways of feeding ourselves, that are sustainable, humane and healthy. We passionately believe eating crickets can be part of the solution. They require far fewer resources to farm and create minimal waste and greenhouse emissions. Crickets as food are a complete protein, rich in calcium and iron and high in dietary fibre. A superfood in so many ways. We are aiming to make eating bugs approachable, accessible, healthy and above all tasty!
