The Crownz Project was born as a claim for change, for new forms of leadership, for the need for inclusive approaches and environments. We are a consultancy firm specialized in internationalization, interculturality, DE&I and change management. We help organizations in their transformation through a catalogue of scalable-flexible services. In addition, we actively collaborate in the visibility and celebration of voices and social groups that need amplifiers, through awareness-raising and social impact projects.
