The CSM Table is a private initiative created by 12+1 women in Customer Success who shared a simple feeling:
That something was missing: a space to talk honestly about the realities we face. From maternity leave to leadership styles, burnout, layoffs, internal politics... we wanted unfiltered, real conversations. A safety net made of people who get it.
So we built the kind of community we couldn’t find elsewhere.
The table is intentionally small. Not to exclude, but to make sure every voice has space.
We believe the power of community isn’t in volume, but in trust, in depth, and in making space for both listening and sharing.
Around the table sit Customer Success professionals across roles, geographies, and experiences., from ICs to consultants, strategists, and operators.
