The Curious People Solutions Pte Ltd is a home grown innovation agency in Singapore that works with organizations in both the private and public sectors of Singapore. We are the only agency to be led by consultants who are specially trained and certified by the University of Toronto's famous Rotman DesignWorks at the Rotman School of Management to practice, facilitate and teach Business Design to SME’s and government agencies on an educational and commercial level. Rotman has developed a curriculum built around Roger Martin's famous concepts on Integrative Thinking and Business Design, and is regarded as one of the most influential management thinkers in the world.
We apply the principles and tools of Design Thinking to support enterprises achieve their goals in Business Excellence, Customer-Centric Initiatives, and Service Capabilities by consulting with key stakeholders within the enterprises to uncover their customer needs, identify the barriers to improvement, and develop holistic training and business solutions to achieve enterprise goals.
