I used my corporate background to create The Dalia Wellness based on the firm belief that you have the right to live life to its fullest even with time constraints and emerging responsibilities. Likewise, your loved ones have the right to age in health, wellness, independence, and with dignity. In a co-dependent society, we need to care for our loved ones in a mindful way without compromising our own sense of self and continue to live life with purpose and meaning.
Mental and Physical Wellness has always been at the forefront of my life; taking care of them was crucial for my maintaining a positive and growth mindset so I can manage to reach and fulfill the dreams of the people I serve, as well as my dreams.
