The Dalia Wellness program is here to coach you on how to live a healthy lifestyle. It is suitable for people struggling with life and who are time poor but want to gain their healthy lifestyle back; For people that are confused between what is healthy and what is a fad; For people who are caring for an ill or ageing parent or siblings. When care giving we tend to forget ourselves and believe that this is how life will be for us and we should just devote all our time to caring. Acceptance of our life situation is important but so is learning to go through it with grace and gratitude while honouring ourselves and our own needs during the process. I want to support you in your journey by giving you the tools you need to continue to realize your dreams in spite of your life situation. When you partner with The Dalia Wellness it starts with a free session where we learn about your health and wellness history and you learn about what programmes are on offer.I used my corporate background to create The Dalia Wellness based on the firm belief that you have the right to live life to its fullest even with time constraints and emerging responsibilities. Likewise, your loved ones have the right to age in health, wellness, independence, and with dignity. In a co-dependent society, we need to care for our loved ones in a mindful way without compromising our own sense of self and continue to live life with purpose and meaning.Mental and Physical Wellness has always been at the forefront of my life; taking care of them was crucial for my maintaining a positive and growth mindset so I can manage to reach and fulfill the dreams of the people I serve, as well as my dreams. I equipped myself with education on Health and wellness and graduated from the IIN -Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NY- and became a health and wellness coach. My 25+ professional experience in addition to this education has given me the tools to support others, in their journey of wellness within their professional and personal lives. Mental and physical health is important in this day and age. Managing stress and knowing how to handle life challenges, allows you to be happy and to continue dreaming and not give up at any stage of your life. It never gets done and it never is finished.
