Our mission at The Dancing Elephant is to turn a 5,000-year-old approach to health in it's entirety into an everyday solution with our Kitchari, ready-to-cook, Pre-Mixes. Kitchari is a powerful combo of lentils, grains & spices. A staple of the Ayurvedic diet, Kitchari (meaning “mixture”) offers access to all doshas (an individual's unique constitution).
