The Dealing Deck

The Dealing Deck was founded by 4 teenagers on a mission to educate their peers about healthy ways to cope with stress and break the stigma surrounding mental health. They designed and produced a high quality deck of cards with 34 unique, independent, and psychologist approved coping activities designed to improve mental health habits and help cope with negative emotions. The deck also includes an instructional card and a resource card with various hotlines in case additional help is needed. The immense support they received from their community led them to form strong relationships with countless local organizations and continue to educate their peers along with themselves about healthy ways to cope with stress.
