At The Deck Bros we treat every deck as a chance to help bring a clients dream to fruition. As such each deck is individually crafted to fit the exacting needs of every client. ✔ When you call The Deck Bros this is what you can expect. ➊ Every client is provided at Least 1 FREE IN HOME CONSULTATION. The Deck Bros will arrange a time which works with your busy schedule to meet in your home. At this time we will measure out your yard and check out any existing structures. It is important to us that our design fully fits your needs, so at this time we will discuss exactly how you use your backyard, what items are important to you, is low maintenance important to you? Do you entertain a lot and need nighttime ambiance by way of deck lighting? We have a list of questions that we will ask to fully understand what is important to you in a deck design. ➋ After our first meeting we will take that information and will put together a detailed proposal for you deck project. This proposal will include limited Hand Rendered drawings, as well as a detailed cost estimate and time frame for completion. Our estimates will include WCB numbers, our Insurance information as well as tax information. Payment options will be provided at this time as well. ➌ For Decks estimated over $20 000 a Second In home consultation will be provided to ensure that both parties are on the same page before signing of contract. For all decks we provide unlimited meetings during the deck building, and do NOT charge a premium for changes during the building process. ➍ Once the contract is signed and the proposal is agreed upon a tentative time frame will be provided. We try our best to keep a tight schedule, and to work with our clients to best suit their needs. Weather can be tricky though, we promise concise communication in regards to our scheduling. ➎ You will hear from us approximately 1.5 weeks prior to our starting date, at this point we will discuss logistic
