The Digital Strategy Unit’s purpose is help digital agencies, businesses and brands get the most out of digital – it gives strategic, digital advice and guidance that improves the performance of that business, brand, campaign, channel and/or stage in the customer journey. The business was founded by David Crawford. David has spent the last 20+ years in agencies – in design and advertising in the pre-digital age, and in digital since 1999. From his own consultancy business to the might and scale of McCann, he’s worked in agencies of all shapes and sizes and with clients of all shapes and sizes too – from established $bn multi-nationals to start-ups.
