We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be the best that they can be, regardless of background, ability, gender, race etc and so we recruit based upon attitude and curiosity. We believe that anyone can learn a skill but you can't teach attitude, curiosity and enthusiasm. Our passion for education and helping people to be the best that they can be spans beyond just the UK, so for every person we train on our Digital Futures program we will sponsor a young person in a third world country to ensure they have access to education, basic food and medicine.
