Our profits are reinvested into Disability Direct — a charity created by disabled people, for disabled people. We are home to DD Payroll Services, Blue Sky Brokers, and the Blue Sky Social Care Card — all working together to support independent living, disabled individuals and their families, and the wider social care sector. At our core, we are powered by purpose and driven by the belief that inclusive support should be built on lived experience and real care.
