The Diversity Accelerator Program's mission is to expand business community representation by discovering and nurturing future BIPOC business leaders. Our main focus is to prepare students from underrepresented backgrounds with the necessary skills and tools to create the most competitive applications possible for internships and produce some of our world’s most transformative BIPOC business leaders. We accomplish this through an intensive resume editing workshop, individualized career blueprints, mandatory bi-weekly zoom check-in's, and by providing you with the resources to succeed.
