The DIY Academy, established in 2022, aims to empower people with the skills and confidence to transform their living spaces through the art of do-it-yourself home improvement. Martin Glynn brings over 25 years of carpentry experience to the business. The concept for The DIY Academy is simple - empowering others to learn basic skills of DIY for home improvements - done the right way and without the need to wait on someone to do the work for you. At The DIY Academy we have developed fully interactive online and on-site workshops and programmes to help customers learn the basic skills of DIY. From hanging pictures, to using a drill, to shelving and kitchen units, they aim to equip users with the confidence needed to tackle the smaller jobs in the home. Our vision is to make DIY accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
