The Educator Collective (TEC) is a nonprofit dedicated to educator excellence and student success. Our mission is to empower educators by cultivating community, leadership, and professional practice. TEC pursues this mission through direct services to school partners and year-round programming for a broad base of individual educators throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Program evaluations have consistently shown that the educators TEC serves are much more likely to sustain their careers and credit TEC’s programming with supporting their retention. As a result, TEC is
elevating the status of the profession and keeping great teachers in the classroom.
