The Effective Justice

The "Effective Justice – International and Comparative Approaches" is the research project carried out by about twenty-four scholars from several, mainly, European Universities. The leading role is assigned to the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań (Poland) and to the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Bologna (Italy).
