In 1979, visionary Abdel-Hamid Kafafy laid the foundation for MITCO in a modest 6300 m² plant nestled amidst the rural charm of Cairo. The Kafafy family embarked on a culinary journey, blending authentic Egyptian recipes with European flair. From succulent kofta to savory oriental sausages, smokey hotdogs, aged pepperoni, and juicy burgers, MITCO's offerings have delighted palates across the region.
