The Electronics Group

The Electronics Group (TEG) is the official body that represents the electronics trade in the United Arab Emirates. Comprises of many of the UAE’s most highly regarded companies in the electronics arena. A number are top international brands. Any company engaged in trading in these product categories are eligible to become members, provided they meet specific qualification criteria. The mission of TEG is clear - to encourage further development of the electronics industry in the UAE - and further afield. It does this by providing its members with opportunities to discuss key issues, exchange ideas and knowledge - which all helps to promote ethical and legitimate trading and profitable economic activities. The TEG also protects the consumer from unfair trade practices by promoting the sale of genuine, quality products - produced locally or imported through proper channels - so as to continually strengthen UAE’s reputation of quality & service. It works closely with Government departments and advises on all aspects of the electronics industry.
