The Exchange

The Exchange has a vibrant history as the Wellington Produce Exchange Building which housed the Wellington Produce Markets, where the majority of fresh fruit and vegetables were bought by local restaurants and retailers, until 1993. Today The Exchange has been reimagined as a design, lifestyle and hospitality hub offering high quality commercial offices, boutique co-working space and home to established retail and hospitality offerings including Backhouse Furniture, Glou Glou, Monsoon Poon and Ora Gallery.
