In late March 2005, The Fish Hopper Restaurant made a change in purchasing philosophy and our menu offerings. We only serve seafood from sustainable sources, harvested by methods that do not harm the environment. We proudly follow the guidelines of the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Program. As a further commitment to our environment, we use only environmentally friendly to-go containers.
