The Flagship Group

The Flagship Group is a virtual-first startup professional development coaching business. We focus on four customer coaching verticals: mindset, leadership, business, and a unique veteran transition coaching program that is free of charge and exclusively for transitioning(ed) military personnel. Coaching is a growing industry globally that has had a substantial impact on thousands of people's lives, including our own. What inspired the creation of this company and drives our motivation for it is the concept of being able to help coach people into living more fulfilling lives, turning managers into leaders, helping businesses gain more profits and growth, and coaching veterans (or soon to be) through their transition into stable careers that are an excellent cultural fit and financially rewarding, for free. Unfortunately, many of us know of or have known people who have lost the problematic struggle with mental health and depression. This company has a firm and unwavering commitment and pledge that a minimum of 20% of our annual profits will be donated to funding non-profits that provide mental health services to those less fortunate or unable to attain affordable mental health services. Additionally, we aim to launch our own non-profit mental health services company by the year 2025!
