The Flutter Express offers a convenient, round-trip 56-passenger motor coach bus service, equipped with an onboard lavatory, to both Boston and New York City on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Riders traveling for healthcare appointments may purchase a “Healthcare Seeker” ticket at a flat rate of $79.00. We also partner with local nonprofits to offer discounted or free rides.

Departs from Yankee Trails in Rensselaer at 6:00 a.m., with additional pick-up stops at 6:30 a.m. in Albany and 7:15 a.m. in Catskill. Traveling directly to New York City's York Ave. & E. 70th St. and York Ave. & E. 68th St. in NYC's Lenox Hill neighborhood, near world-renowned healthcare destinations like Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NY-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, Hospital for Special Surgery, and other specialized adult and pediatric centers.
