The Foundher Table is a community-first initiative for women building businesses - especially those who’ve felt the weight of doing it alone.
Entrepreneurship can be bold and empowering. But it can also be isolating, especially for women and immigrant founders navigating unfamiliar systems. That’s why we’re creating something different: not a pitch night, not a networking event - but an intimate table where real conversations happen.
We bring together women founders over dinners in Helsinki, creating space for their stories and genuine connection. Many of our guests are foreign-born women who’ve started businesses out of necessity - after burnout, job rejection, or simply the desire to build something of their own. Our goal is to make sure they don’t have to do it alone.
Because in a world where women still face systemic barriers in entrepreneurship, we deserve spaces that are honest, human - and ours.
