The Frontline Foundation

Frontline Foundation is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization with a mission to champion the physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing of America’s first responders through education, advocacy, comprehensive support and outreach. Our work empowers first responders to thrive in safe and supportive environments, both personally and professionally, that meet their many different needs, strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and serves as a resource of compassion, understanding and respect for those who serve their communities. 1. Advocacy: We are dedicated advocates who tirelessly work to promote policies, legislation, and initiatives that prioritize the well-being of first responders. 2. Education: We are committed to raising awareness about the unique challenges faced by first responders and providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to safeguard their health and well-being. 3. Collaboration: We actively collaborate with first responder agencies, government bodies, mental health professionals, and the community to create a holistic approach to first responder wellness. 4. Support: We offer a network of support services, including counseling, peer support, and wellness programs, to help first responders navigate the complex demands of their roles and maintain their overall health.
