"I Don't Dance" Project

We work with organizations and groups to bring more thoughtfulness to their physical (or kinetic) social connectedness (not to be confused with digital connectedness) and it's applications . This is VITAL to focus on in leadership and teamwork trainings due to increasing digital clutter in our workspaces, and decreasing deep and meaningful human interactions happening in our daily social lives. How our uniquly funky method comes to play: “I don't dance” : a phrase many of us are good at saying. If we have a body that moves (the only prerequisite to dancing) we are very much able to boogie. So, what’s our excuse? Answer: A myriad of fears - all stemming from our fear of being vulnerable imperfect humans in front of each other. Knowing this, we create a supportive and engaging enviornment toexplore where else in our lives (and careers) we shrink away from our leadership potential due to our fear of taking up space in a honest way; of being seen. Through our creative and highly individualized workshops, we effectively disrupt burnout, disengagement, and low retention rates, and help drive-up ownership, accountability, effective communication and self awareness in the leaders (and pre-leaders) on your teams. Ultimately, we help your organization make tangible shifts where all people who experience the workshop feel seen, heard, valued and challenged to rise to their full potential.
