The Genowise Project is a public health awareness, research and policy recommendation project. Our goal is to broaden the perception of the general populace about sickle cell disease and the issues surrounding it; to promote actionable and scientifically accurate information about SCD and engage in population-based research in order to formulate evidence-based policy recommendations for effective awareness, prevention and management of SCD.
