Sharee Gilbert is a native of Fort Lauderdale and the founder of The Gilbert Group, a public relations powerhouse. Sharee crafts effective and strategic marketing campaigns for clients throughout the U.S. Sharee received her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M where she graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude. Her career began in Tallahassee, as a TV news reporter and fill in anchor. These skills, along with her vivacious personality, have enabled her to become an outstanding public speaker. After working in the journalism industry for more than five years, Sharee transitioned into public relations. As Media Specialist for The Pinellas County School District she was responsible for the introduction of social media to more than 150 schools. Sharee has since worked with a multitude of successful businesses and has developed unique branding strategies through both traditional and nontraditional marketing techniques. Her continued success in marketing and public relations is the result of well crafted, strategic campaigns. Securing connections throughout the South Florida area and beyond, she has connected countless brands with both the media and the public. Her main focus is to not only bring life and a fresh perspective to brands, but to teach clients the value of going beyond grassroots marketing. Sharee believes public awareness is the link between success and failure for all businesses.
