The Global AMR Diary is an online platform gathering the stories of those affected by antimicrobial resistance (AMR)—patients, parents, healthcare providers, and biotech innovators— with the goal of shifting perspectives and shaping policy. Created by Diane Shader Smith, this impactful initiative has united global health leaders from The Partnership to Fight Infectious Disease, The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, and more to address the critical health threat of AMR, which takes millions of lives annually.
