The mission of the G.O.A.L. Project is to provide services and assistance to people facing transition in Spokane County. Currently, we provide clothing and accessories to the men and women residing the the area's work release centers and halfway houses. In addition, we operate a limited-use resource center to aid in job searches and finding community resources.
