We believe that sport has the power to improve mental health in everyone. The Good Chat Foundation's goal is to make exercise accessible for children and young adults with mental health challenges. Our Mental Health Sporting program is designed for households from low socioeconomic backgrounds to provide their child with a 12 month sporting sponsorship to improve therapy outcomes. We provide postvention support to community sporting clubs. Taking away the ‘What do we do?’ in crisis situations, before the question is asked.
