The Grameen Creative Lab

The Grameen Creative Lab's (GCL) vision is to serve society's most pressing needs. Leading by example, we shape the social business movement worldwide through three main activities: > We interact with the interest community through speeches, presentations, books, articles and events on social business. > We incubate social business ideas through brainstorming labs, by initiating academic research and by conducting social business experiments. > We help create social businesses by advising companies, civil society organizations and governments on how to set up and support social businesses, and we assist investors wishing to create or invest into social business funds. GCL is a social business founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Muhammad Yunus together with Hans Reitz, a successful serial entrepreneur. We report directly to Professor Yunus. GCL is located in Wiesbaden/Germany and is a member of the Grameen family of businesses – a network of over 50 companies and more than 50,000 employees.
