The Grape Variety (CGV Limited)

The Grape Variety is a small, independent wine bar, restaurant and shop serving and selling great wines and food from around the world in Chipstead. It opened its doors in the spring of 2018 with the notion that a wine shop and bar should cater not just to the expert tippler, but also wine-novices and everyone in between. It should be a local wine bar where our guests could come and unwind at the end of the day with a glass (or two) in a warm, relaxed atmosphere and be educated (not patronised) with informed, friendly advice about which wines to both drink as well as those to purchase and take home. We serve cheese and charcuterie boards, tapas-style bites, a pizza pop-up van on Thursdays, the famous Quirky Quiz quiz every other Wednesday, along with various pop-up events and tastings throughout the year.
