The GravityLight Foundation is a charity with a mission to:
- relieve poverty caused by lack of access to electricity and reliance on kerosene for light
- protect the environment through providing clean, off grid alternatives to kerosene lamps
We do this by designing, developing and selling clean, affordable off-grid products, the first of which is GravityLight:
a unique off-grid light powered by lifting a weight.
GravityLight provides instant, limitless light - independent of sun or batteries - all you need are rocks or sand!
