The Great Aussie Hike focuses on the Great Aussie Spirit of mates looking after each other's mental wellbeing during these challenging time of lockdown and uncertainty.
Mates form teams and complete our program focusing on human connection, goal setting & physical activity in nature. They then complete a team challenge of walking 30km, 43km, 57km or 100km winding around the stunning Mornington Pensinsula (April 2022). Our "Your Team, Your Way" structure allows for different team members to walk different sections of the course in a relay format. This allows for everyone to be included in some way no matter your level of fitness.
Workplace challenge also included in team options providing a great opportunity for unique team building activity for your staff.
