What we do: Health & Wellbeing Support: Providing guidance and practical support to access NHS healthcare, mental health resources, and specialist referrals. Benefits & Welfare Advice: Assisting veterans and families with Pension Credit, Attendance Allowance, Carer's Allowance, and other vital benefit applications. Housing & Social Care Navigation: Supporting housing benefit claims, social care assessments, safeguarding, and ensuring secure living arrangements. Education & Community Engagement: Offering English language classes, career guidance, mentoring, and hosting intergenerational community events to promote integration and social cohesion.
