BACKGROUND Founded by Sruthi Ravindran who is a Psychologist and a Coach with 14 years of experience in People Wellness, Psychotherapy & Learning. The Happy Space aims to stir up happiness to uplift Millennials and Gen-Z. Millennials today are bombarded with information and face decision fatigue. Many young managers aren't ready to ace their roles as a manager. Not to mention how many of them are pressed for time and well-being ends up taking a backseat. So many millennials skip work or are too stressed at work or at homes. But they hesitate to seek help. THE CHALLENGE The thought of undergoing therapy that goes down a long and winding road taking a toll on your pocket often stops organizations from investing in wellness or learning.
