The Harm Reduction Exchange is an independent, cross-sector network bringing together drug and alcohol commissioners, practitioners, strategists, researchers, people who use drugs, and others with an interest in harm reduction across England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
Our mission is to support evidence-based, community-driven harm reduction by sharing learning, endorsing effective approaches, and enabling collaboration across roles and regions.
Through open exchange, we:
