The HEAT Project Scotland

The HEAT Project are funded by Ofgem’s Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme and Perth and Kinross Council to provide households throughout Perth and Kinross with free, clear, impartial home energy advice. Our project has delivered direct energy saving advice to over 700 households in North Eastern and Highland Perthshire, helping achieve significant savings in energy bills. We have helped households to install new insulation and alternative heating systems. Since March 2022, we have helped over 65 households clear over £31,000 of household energy debt via the Scottish Government Home Heating Fund. Our objective is to help homes reduce their energy consumption, energy bills, improve household energy standards , increase house insulation and encourage alternative heating systems. Our project area is throughout Perth and Kinross, including Blairgowrie and Rattray, Coupar Angus, Pitlochry, Moulin, Ballinluig, Kirkmichael, Dunkeld, Birnam , Bridge of Cally, Meikleour, Crieff, Muthill, Auchterarder, Blackford, Dunning, Forgandenny, Bridge of Earn, Luncarty, Stanley, Errol, St. Madoes, Bankfoot, Caputh, Alyth, Enochdhu, Straloch, Killiecrankie, Moulin, Comrie, Braco, Greenloaning, Methven, Gilmerton, Aberuthven,Forteviot, Comrie, Aberuthven , Glenfarg, Milnathort, Perth and Kinross.
