The Helpmate

The HelpMate is an online domestic service platform registered under the Startup India Scheme (certificate number DIPP64223) as well as the Companies Act 2013. The platform assists people by connecting them with reliable and trained professionals and booking their services for housekeeping tasks specific to Indian homes like flour kneading, vegetable chopping, floor cleaning, utensil cleaning, cooking, dusting, etc. The HelpMate was founded with a vision to not only alleviate the growing need for extended help in households but also to bring a level of organisation as well as empowerment in India’s largest unorganised sector: domestic service. At present we have an association of more than 500 maids. All of them are interviewed, trained , and verified using official government documents (Aadhaar cards, ration cards, etc), working for us. We provide our professionals with better and increased job opportunities, fair salaries, and unconditional support.
