The Herd

The Herd is a professional development group, based in Hertfordshire, for people who want to build their network, share ideas and develop their careers without formality, fees or flapjacks. We’re part peer-to-peer support, part collective push, with visibility boosts and mentoring in the mix, offering fresh pastures for you to grow with The Herd behind you. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 This is the mantra we mooove by, the reason we’re all here, and what we can achieve collaboratively. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 It’s not what you know, it’s who you know, and more importantly, who knows you. The Herd is about building your professional circle, which starts in Herts and grows along with you. You never know when paths will cross, collabs will come up, or someone will have an “I know just the person for that” moment. When they do, you’ll already be there. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁 We’re big believers that you shouldn’t have to post into the void or get buried under cat memes and jargon graphics. The Herd gives your LinkedIn a lift. Just drop your content in the group, and The Herd will engage. In turn, you return the favour and support other members too. It’s that simple. Plus, if you need a helping hoof elsewhere or want to get your profiles in shape, there are people here for that too.
