The Herd is a professional development group, based in Hertfordshire, for people who want to build their network, share ideas and develop their careers without formality, fees or flapjacks. We’re part peer-to-peer support, part collective push, with visibility boosts and mentoring in the mix, offering fresh pastures for you to grow with The Herd behind you. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 It’s not what you know, it’s who you know, and more importantly, who knows you. The Herd is about building your professional circle, which starts in Herts and grows along with you. You never know when paths will cross, collabs will come up, or someone will have an “I know just the person for that” moment. When they do, you’ll already be there.
