The House Corner - Holiday Rentals

My name is Michela Cavallini and I am originally from Milan. I came on Mallorca with my family carrying two cars, a cat and half of my household packed in them. Inspired by its holiday atmosphere, I decided to set up a tiny business, The House Corner, dealing with the rental of original Mallorquin fincas and villas, because I wished travelers like me to find homely, delightful and unique accommodation during their discovery of the island. Since 2014 I have been dedicated to managing all the steps related to vacation rentals, offering personalized services for vacation home owners (and holiday makers!) through my agency. I deal with tourist license procedures, decoration advice, prices, promotion of properties in specialized channels, management of requests, reservations, check in/out, coordination of cleaning, laundry, gardening, general maintenance of the property. My business idea is not "industrial", because I like to base myself on good "close" relationships with truly "human" treatment, both with the owners and with the guests, working with a small group of properties but with true dedication. I usually take care of everything personally, outsourcing some of the back office. This is because I love what I do, I enjoy it so much that I don't want to miss any of it!
