We have extensive experience in all phases of development...site selection, financial modeling, budgeting, entitlements, construction management, etc. Most recently The Huffman Group, LLC has been working on Brick Row in Richardson, TX...a 30 acre mixed use development with 500 apartment units, over 20k sf of retail, 140 townhome sites, and several future retail, office and condominium pad sites. The Huffman Group, LLC was instrumental in obtaining entitlements through The City of Richardson, CLOMR approval through FEMA, developing and managing the $90M budget, and facilitating the A&E effort. In addition The Huffman Group, LLC is acting as Construction Manager for the entire project as well as managing a nearly $5M offsite infrstructure project for the City of Richardson including extensive roadway re-alignments, bridge construction, and various other storm water infrastructure improvements.
